Our Commercial Law Department has a team of highly-qualified Partners, solicitors, senior legal executives and support staff, with substantial experience working with Ireland’s Commercial Banks. Our work involves advising leading Financial and Banking Institutions and many Commercial Organisations in relation to all areas of commercial lending, debt restructure and debt recovery. As a key advisor to the Banking Sector we have carried out work on behalf of many of the Commercial Banks in Ireland. We have managed a large volume of commercial lending work and have been involved in significant commercial recovery, insolvency and receivership cases. Our Commercial Department is heavily Partner driven. We have a dedicated core support team for all banking clients to provide depth of cover and service. We are diligent, innovative and responsive to our client’s needs and requirements and provide regular updates to our clients regarding changes in the legislation and regulatory updates. Our Commercial Department has vast experience in brokering settlement agreements and our aim is to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients. Our Commercial Department has extensive conveyancing knowledge of commercial property including the sale of mortgaged properties on behalf of Receivers and Financial Institutions with particular emphasis on occupational leases and the resolution of disputes as arising in the context of receivership and sale.
